Question: I am 23 and im muslim i need help i lost my
virginity to my bf and i am really regretting this badly.. advice!?
Answer: You have been sinning long time being in
relation with someone you never married. Nowt you have committed is severe
major sin which has a punishment in this world and the hereafter. Same time
what I can only say is, your sin is no greater than Allah's forgiveness. Do
sincere repentance for He may forgive you. Shaitan will want to whisper, anyway
I committed a big sin. I am worthless and let it be like this. Allah wants is
repentance and turning to Him. You see, how beautiful life would been if you
were patient enough to take the proper steps of marrying him and wholeheartedly
loving him. Shaitan mislead you and misused you. Take care he don't use you
again for such heinous acts.
Question: What evidence do muslims have that islam is
real?
Answer: Islam means submission. Don't you see
everything in creation is submitted to a higher authority that they don't have
control of. Even our very life and death are not our choice. Not even a second
we can pause our life. Someone is making us walk from life till death. Everyone
in this life is given enough time to think about why we are here. Islam gives
the answer why we are here. If one can submit their pride to accept the truth,
every truth reveals. It never comes through arguments or being arrogant. Just be
humble enough to submit to the one who is controlling all affairs. That humble
submission is Islam. It's all about experiencing than explaining.
Question: Why can't muslims understand the trinity?
Answer: List the names of Prophets in history those
believed in trinity?. You will find none. Then you will understand why Muslims

believed. Trying our best to be on their footsteps.

Question: How to make sure your Dua gets accepted?
Answer: Allah answers all our Duas. Look back into
your own life and see which one He did not accept. Didn't He give what was all
asked for. Exclude that we asked in greediness. Dua is the signal of our heart
that's transmitted to Allah Azzawajal. With words or without words, it's the
voice of the heart that counts.

Question: What are the differences between Salafi and
Wahhabi?
Answer: There is no such thing as Salafi nor Wahhabi.
Majority of Muslims take Salaf Saliheen (Pious Predessors) as the role models
but don't label as Salafi. Some extreme viewers started claiming themselves as
Salafi which is a new phenomenon, those on the other side started calling them
as Wahhabi. If we exclude the extremism on all sides, we all will be just
Muslims.
Question: How long do you think it will take foe islam?
Answer: When Islam takes over us first. When Islam
prevails over us. When most of us become a candle for others in the darkness.
Islam is the light, it is spreading and it shall spread every corner. Darkness
has got no existence of it's own. It vanishes when light appears. So just be
patient and let's be those torch bearers.
Question: would it be haram to miss like 5 prayers only
every month?
Answer: There is no excuse to missing prayers. He
ordered us to pray five times because we can do it. There is no exemption for
any Muslim from it. Even if you are on batter field, there is verse for prayer
in congregation. Then how about we sitting on sofas, relaxing and omitting
prayers. For matter of Deen, one should look at those who are better than them.
But for Dunya one should look at those who are lesser than them.
Question: Ramadan: What do real scholars of Islam think
about pride of knowledge by individuals?
Answer: Knowledge is like a tree that stands straight
as it goes upward. But humbles down when fruits appear. Likewise knowledge
alone can make a man pride. But when fruits of knowledge appears, he goes
humble. There is no question of pride for those who sought the true knowledge.
We are asked to seek that knowledge that's fruitful.
Question: Hanafi or Maliki Madhab?
Answer: You have to mention where you want to learn
about the difference. In which section. Prayer, fasting, Haj???? As someone
stated above, Mazhab by itself is not a division or a sect. It's infact a
beauty of our broadness when it comes to Fiqh. But one can make it a sect if he
don't understand what a Madhab is for. It basically is a platform to derive a
Fiqh ruling and they all reach to our basic sources.
Question: Ramadan Is Islam behind the Nice Massacre?
Answer: Islam is the solution to problems of
humanity. Those Muslims that don't practice Islam are the problems. This guy
don't even pray, then how he is a Muslim. If only having an Arabic name was
Islam, it would have been so easy. Islam is a way of life. To live as our
Creator wants which needs regular efforts and good deeds to be done. Killing of
such kind don't even befit an animal, then what to say about a Muslim. NEVER

Question: is it true you hear allah's voice when you open
the quran?
Answer: When someone recites Glorious Quran, he is
reciting the speech of Allah (God Almighty) and his ears listen to it. He is
reciting something that's so pure by it's nature. If you are listening
carefully, your heart feels the effect immediately. If you practice upon it,
the promise come true in your life.
Question: Ramadan: Why are you so sure that allah exists?
Answer: We all have seen the automatic door at most
of Shopping Malls and airports which when a person comes closeby opens. But
someone who sees from faraway only sees the door closed. You see it open as you
get very closer. Faith is something just like that. It's to be experienced in
the heart. So if you steps on a journey seeking God, you will find Him for sure
one day. All the meanings of creation comes to you and you start experiencing
new meaning for life. Look at the wonders and miracles that happen everyday
around us. We call it nature. As if nature is a living being that has it's own
power. It's Gold Almighty (Allah), who has created everything in perfect shape
and harmony. Every baby that's born is a sign of His existence. Every flower
that smiles in nature is a sign. The day and night and so on. He can be only
one and He is for sure only One and only. If there were two gods, there would
have been problems and disasters. Hence if you are a person who wish to seek
truth from a distance is like someone who sees the Mall door closed in front of
him. Walk ahead. Come closer. Ask God Almighty to guide you and you will see
ways opening ahead of you. Weather we believe or not. We all came from God and
unto Him we all return. We have zero control over our life and death. He shall
then gather all of us on a another day, so that mankind know the truth about
which His messengers spoke through ages. Hence start seeking with pure
intention and you shall surely find.
Question: Ramadan: Whats all this..going on in Syria?

Question: Is secretly breaking your fast haraam?
Answer: Are you fasting for dieting or to please
Allah Azzawajal. If for Allah. Know that to Him your secrets and public are all
the same. He knows your very intentions, the thought of your heart. So just ask
your heart whom your fasting for. It shall give you the right answer.
Question: Will Allah forgive me?
Answer: Assalamu Alaikum. That is a sin in Islam.
Allah forgives who turns to him in repentance. Every son of Adam sins. The best
of Sinners are those who repents. For sure there is repentance. Hopeless in the
mercy of Allah is greater sin. Even if your sins reach the sky and fills it.
The mercy and grace of Allah is greater than all His creations. A believer
should be shy and regret when he sins. It is not how small the sin is. It is to
whom it is done. Whose command has been broken by sinning. It is the very
Creator Allah who has blessed us with everything and we are being ungrateful.
May Allah give us all the true Thauba before we are returned to Him. Jazakallah
Khair.
Question: I find Hijab so pointless help?
Answer: A pious woman will have a pious husband. A
man who seeks only his wife is far better than a cute guy who cannot control
his eye lids before another woman. So just compare virtues by virtues, physical
appearance is not all that matters. Look at how happily and in mutual love they
live. This is Somethng they experiance which you cannot judge.
Question: Ramadan, we Americans are being shown pictures
of Muslims enraged with signs calling for death because of a?
Answer: There are good men at all places. What I
learned is that, Most of Americans are good but Most of American polices are
bad. Muslim hate that America which makes fun & lies about our Prophet and
Islam. Those that bomb our poverty stricken nations. Those that lie to the
world and kill innocents in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan. Not only Muslims, any
human with straight thinking will hate these American policies. Since they are
now an insolent might, much of leaders or nations fear to utter against.
Question: what are the steps for being muslim?
Answer: To worship One God, Allah the Almighty who is
our Creator and Sustainer, is the very basic human right, Also our duty. Hence
for a man to turn to Him is mere a step away. It's all about giving your heart
for Him. You have to utter the Shahada (Being witness that there is none worthy
of worship except Allah and Prophet Muhammad is His servant & messenger)
and of course there are some basic practices from Fitra (tradition of Prophets)
which all Muslims practice. The best thing for you is to contact the local
Mosque or Muslims around who should help you. May Allah help you and guide you
unto Him.
Question: Is it haram to say that the prophet muhammed
was not perfect?
Answer: We believe Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is the
leader of all Prophets (pbut). He is the best of mankind and the best of
Allah's Creations. Allah is Creator and rest are His creations. We don't
compare anything or anyone with Allah. None is like Him.
Question: mecca is starting to look like vegas?
Answer: If your goal is the house of Allah (the
Ka'ba) you have got many things there. Spirituality existed there before and
now for such people whose intention is pure. As for someone who does Tawaf
around Ka'ba 7 times and tawaf around market 70 times and return has got less
of the virtues there. He may tell you the greatness of clock tower than the
spiritual experience he had there. As for commercial buildings, Makkah has been
a center of trade, culture from time of beloved Prophet (s.a.w) and before.
People were attracted from all corners to this blessed land. Despite all
developments, there in exists the spirituality and peaceful environment.
Depends on how you view things.
Question: Ramadan:Is Prophet Abraham's prayer still
effective?
....`"Have We not established for them a secure
sanctuary (Makkah), to which are brought fruits of all kinds, a provision from
Ourselves, but most of them know not (28:56)] Yes, there is the prayer of
Hazrath Ibraheem (a.s), also a promise of Allah in the above verse. You get
everything in Makkah at cheaper rate. For an apple a kg is almost 3~4 Riyals.
(US$ 1 ) for the same I have to pay double in my country where apple is grown
and has rain in abundance.
Question: Ramadan:Should I wake up my family or let them
sleep ?
Answer: Yes, you have to bring them up in a way,
where they give prayer foremost importance. Wife can wakeup pray and then
sleep, if she were late. Missing Fajr is very bad for a Muslim. If you are
steadfast in prayers, you know how bad it is to miss a prayer, specially Fajr
Salah in Masjid. So why should our family be deprived of this blessing. We
should make the habit of Taleem in the house. Where few verses of Quran and
Hadith should be read all together.
Question: Can you perform your salats early or do they
have to be in the prescribed times?
Answer: No they have to be on time. Prayer time is
prescribed for believers. A traveller can shorten his prayer. Also combine Zuhr
with Asr. Magrib and Isha, Fajr at its time. Combing of prayer is allowed for
some other reasons also where as shortening is only for a traveller. Please
visit this site and read related subjects. Its good. You can search by words. I
advice you to ask your Masjid Imam who shall clarify you in better such
questions. http://islamqa.info/en/search/Prayer%20time/AllWords/t,q,a
Question: Seriously i am................?
Answer: As a Muslim we have to remain patient. Holy
Quran clearly says to beloved Prophet (s.a.w), that all messenger of Allah were
mocked at. It was not you alone. The enemies of Islam would look at their face
and call 'Mad' Sorcerer etc. in front of mankind. So will the followers will be
tested with painful words from people of the book as well as Mushrikoon. So to
remain patient is the order of Quran. The more they mock us, the more we should
turn to Allah and tell Him our sorrows.
Ye shall certainly be tried and
tested in your possessions and in your personal selves; and ye shall certainly
hear much that will grieve, you from those who received the Book before you and
from those who worship many gods. But if ye persevere patiently, and guard
against evil,― then that will be a determining factor in all affairs. (3:186)
Question: i am a hindu want to do namaz?
Answer: The righ way is to accept the basic creed.
Say the \Shahada\ 'There is none worthy of worship but Allah (Almighty God) and
Prophet Muhammad is His messenger'. Anyone who accepts this creed in Islam,
must pray before God five times a day. The namaz should be performed in purity.
You however can pray from your heart to the true God (Allah), ask him to show
you the way that He is pleased. To guide you to the true path. All prayers go
to Him alone. He alone hears the prayer of all creatures though some call other
gods beside Him.
Question: al kauther courses in UK?
Answer: Wa alaikum salam. I heard about this https://www.youtube.com/user/AlKawtharAcademy
The shaikh is Masha-Allah good to seek knowledge from Insha-Allah
Question: Are you supposed to not sleep while fasting?
Answer: You can sleep. Abstain from food, drink or
sexual activities from dawn to dusk.
Question: Why is all music haram?
Answer: If you are someone who prays, recites and
listens to Quran, your inner voice should say, Music isn't fit for a believer.
The more your heart is filled with goodness, the more you forsake those things
that distracts the realities of life. Do you like to play music when someone
your dear is passed away. Or in the graveyard.....Musics and such are
enjoyments of this world. Ultimately what benefit, perhaps a pleasure of few
days,, what did Michel Jackson earn all his life... few jumps and hits.... will
those benefit for eternal life. Music is often associated with dancing,
drinking etc. Compare these with the purpose why we are created... we will see
all is a mere kiddish game! This life is for test, then everything that gives
enjoyment is not a gift from God. A beautiful wife is a gift where as a
beautiful girl on the street is a test. A believer should take things that are
permitted while keeps away from that are forbidden.
Question: Ramadan: I really need help?
Answer: Your question is not clear. A genderless
question...lol Men are called Rijal' while women are called 'Nisaa'
Question: Is Allah (SWT) angry with me?
Answer: Giving you chances to turn to Allah is a sign
of His Love. He did test His most beloved Prophets (a.s), trials made them turn
to Him more and more. Those who deny graces of Allah are also tested in life.
But every test makes them further and further away from Allah. They try to
solve their problem through means not pleasing to Allah and turns towards
creations to look for solutions. A believer rather turns to those deeds that
pleases Allah and turns to Him for solutions. It is indeed a matter to fear in
Islam if we have dis-obeyed our parents. Be they Muslim or of any faith, Allah
Azzawajal has ordered us to Obey Him, worship Him alone and to be kind towards
our parents. Not to even say 'Uff' towards them. Scholars say, if there is any
smaller word than 'Uff' that can be said to parents in any dictionary, we
should abstain even that. Allah will surely taste the consequences of
disobeying parents in this life. So just see,, is the hardships make you turn
towards Allah more, than it's a trial that will raise your status, means of
reward and forgiveness of sins. Also see, is the hardships makes you turn
further away from Allah as omitting prayer or anything such, then fear.... this
is a punishment.
Question: My mom is christian and my dad is muslim,?
Answer: How is that you are a Christian when your
name says 'Kaffira Murthadda'? This sounds you are nowhere and your question
sounds no serious!
Question: Dear Muslims: Is it haraam to sell cigarettes
and alcohol?
Answer: If a Muslim cannot find work that is
permissible according to sharee’ah, he may work in restaurants run by kaafirs,
so long as he himself does not directly deal with pouring wine or carrying it
or making it or selling it. You can also come into terms with the shop owner
that, you will not be selling that are Haram in Islam. Alcohol is fully haram.
Whereas cigarettes are also Haram according to most of scholars, while some
others say they are bad only. Allah is Al-Razzaq. He is the sustainer. We all
should be assured 100% that Allah will surely give us better of this life if we
are to forsake something for Allah that He has forbidden. This needs faith,
courage and firmness. So a better life awaits you ahead, if you are to leave
something Haram for the sake of Allah. Surely this life is a test. Allah
sustains the whales and the sparrows. He also sustains us. But for man He has
put in test. He has calculated our Rizq (sustainance) long back in the womb of
our mothers. Then it's our choice to choose their means. Just like a water tank
over a building..we have the choice to get the same water from Kitchen pipe or
the toilet pipe. Likewise, we have the choice to earn through Halal or Haram.
We are too lazy and afraid to get out of the toilet and get the same water from
Kitchen that's for ours. So this is how our livelihood goes. So if you have
hunt for job many days, hunt more with the intention of earning Halal Rizq.
Sure, Allah will give you better. Also think about.... we are far in better
life if we compare with millions of men in Africa and elsewhere of this world.
If a man has his day's bread and a place to sleep, a satisfied heart... Is n't
he the happiest?. May Allah make things easy for you and provide you with Rizk
that are Halaal and have Barakah in them. Allah knows best.
Question: Do you also think that one of the biggest
reason of poverty in Pakistan is?
Answer: Zakath is a reasons for proper wealth
distribution. It's a duty upon all Muslims who can afford to give Zakath to
give away to those needy. Pakistan as a Muslim nation should collectively
collect and distribute. Surely those practicing Muslims must be giving out
Zakath. What to say about if Zakath is not given and same time Riba is eaten.
Wrath upon wrath. That brings distress. But we should know that all this should
come from the heart. There should be efforts to build up Imaan in the lives of
Muslims. Faith brings a person to action and to fear Allah Azzawajal and of the
judgement day.
Question: ramadan: please please quickly answer this????
Answer: No Raayina is there not the word 'Raania'
Question: Does nail polish invalidate wudhu & does an
invalid wudhu invalidate salah?
Answer: YES. Imam al-Shaafa’i (may Allaah have mercy
on him) said: If there is on him any mastic or anything thick that will prevent
the water from reaching the skin, his washing of that part for wudoo’ is not
valid, unless he removes it or removes enough so that he knows that there is no
barrier to the water touching the skin. End quote. Al-Umm (1/44). Al-Nawawi (may
Allaah have mercy on him) said: If there is wax, dough, henna and the like on
one of his limbs, which prevents water from reaching any part of it, then his
tahaarah is not valid, whether the amount is large or small. If there are
traces of henna and its colour left on the hand, without there being any solid
material left, or elsewhere, or traces of liquid grease whereby water flows
over the limb but does not stay there, his tahaarah is valid
Question: Why do Muslims live in the west?

nations, all places.
Question: When praying Salah, do you have to wear clothes
that cover your knees and elbows or just your knees?
Answer: For a woman, everything should be covered,
except face & hand (palm). So, that do not meet the condition invalidates
the prayer.
Question: I just started drinking in Islam?
Answer: Yes, five times prayer has the power to stop
this great sin. Avoid your bad friends that support you to drinking. Attend
your local Masjid, a good company will take you to the good. Just fear, what
would be your state if you were to die in the state of being drunk. Do you wish
to meet Allah in this way. Do you wish to waste your life for eternal hell, for
the wrath of Allah, to be doomed or wish to be amongs those of good who are
Al-Mutaqoon, who keeps away from sins and fear Allah and hopes for His mercy.
It's your life and it's your choice. Turn to Allah before it's too late.
Question: Reading Quran in English?
Answer: Yes, Quran is in Arabic. Each letter of it
has the rewards of ten. Scholars say, a non Arab gets double reward,,one is of
reciting and other for the efforts of learning Arabic. You are rewarded even if
you don't understand it's meanings. That's the glory of Holy Quran. As for
using translations, that can be used as a reference to learning it's meaning in
your understandable language. However, nothing shall replace or are near to the
Arabic Quran. When you are reciting Quran in Arabic, you recite something that's
so pure... the word of the Creator as it was revealed, no contamination or
alterations from any external source of creations.... So it has the power to
purify your soul even if your brain don't understand. This is a fact, a truth.
So you have no choice but to learn the language. Learn the 29 Alphabets, then
start with short Suras. Eventually, you will be able to learn Insha-Allah. Also
listening to good recitations can help you tune your breath and sounds to
proper ways. So your attempt of learning in English is a good deed, but you
must slowly try yourself to reaching the goal to reciting in Arabic. It's a
step away if your heart is willing.

Answer: THE Biggest joke in human history......
Question: Muslims do you respect the bible?
Answer: You will find Muslims as the most respectful
towards other's scriptures. When you listen of news about Americans burning
Quran or disrespecting it, you will never hear about Muslims burning a Bible or
disrespecting it. Though we believe none of previously revealed scriptures are
in their original, we respects. True to the fact, none has been preserved in
their original language or as it was first written except Quran.
Scientifically, historically this is a fact. Quran remained unchanged,
untouched by any falsehood.
Question: MUSLIMS PLEASE HELP !!!?
Answer: Allah is our Creator, our Sustainer, our
Lord. He is the Lord of the worlds. He created everything out of no previous
plans or designs. Everything is created so perfectly. It's Allah who sends down
rains. Who make the sun shine above us. Who made us the earth a place to live.
He created us from a a clot of blood. He gave us the air to breath, He created
life, He made all of us to die, It's unto Him we all return. Allah sent us
Prophets (pbut). They taught us the realities of life which man could not know
by his physical knowledge. About the relation between man and God. About the
eternal life after death and how to prepare for the next life. So this is the
truth. As for those who deny God's existence...know that they too were a drop
of sperm where they came from. They all came to this world as crying babies
knowing nothing of their own. Their knowledge of this world is what they have
seen and known from their learning and experience. None of them ever witnessed
their own creation or the creation of the universe. None of us came to this
world by our own wish. None of us leaves this world with our own wish. Then do
you think we should then live this life as we wish???. No, there is Allah who
is the Creator to whom we should worship. We should live as He wish according
to the ways He is pleased with. As per the ways shown by His Messengers and the
Final Messenger Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w). This is clear and simple. To know and
realize this very truth is the Hidayah. He has gives us all a brain to think,
an understanding, so as we know Him.
Question: Ramadan:what's the meaning of the name hanan in
arabic?
Answer: It mean, Pity, Compassion, Sympathetic,
Love.... This is a beautiful girl name, this name is common among Arabs. This
word 'Hanan' is used for Prophet Yahya (p.b.u.h)- John the baptist in the
Glorious Quran. وَحَنَانً۬ا
مِّن لَّدُنَّا وَزَكَوٰةً۬ۖ وَكَانَ تَقِيًّ۬ا And (made him)

Answer: This is from grammar. To my knowledge the
previous words decides the pronunciation of it's next word. Little bit tough
subject, not so easy. Must learn grammer
Question: Muslim brothers and sister PLEASE give me your
advice on this...?
Answer: A Muslim is thankful to Allah everyday for
all the blessings he has in life. Everyday of his life is celebrated in prayers
and good deeds. Celebrating a special day as birthday with candles and drums is
not Islamic. However making your wife happy is rewarded, that's a duty of every
husband. But pleasing wife by dis-pleasing Allah is a sign of wrath. We should
look at things what our Creator is pleased us with. That's from all what Allah
has made Halal for us and not to go with what's Haram. To know what's Halal and
Haram in a matter, you should always seek the guidance of a good scholar. So
you run an Islamic life, a happy and peaceful life that brings success in this
world and the eternal.
Question: I'm having bad thoughts about this girl?
Answer: [And do not marry Al-Mushrikât (idolatresses,
etc.) till they believe (worship Allâh Alone). And indeed a slave woman who
believes is better than a (free) Mushrikah (idolateress), even though she
pleases you. And give not (your daughters) in marriage to Al-Mushrikûn[] till
they believe (in Allâh Alone) and verily, a believing slave is better than a
(free) Mushrik (idolater), even though he pleases you. Those (Al-Mushrikûn)
invite you to the Fire, but Allâh invites (you) to Paradise and Forgiveness by
His Leave, and makes His Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs,
revelations, etc.) clear to mankind that they may remember.] (Holy Quran:2:220)
Question: Why God wants Muslims to be nice with People of
The Book but He hates Hypocrites so much?
Answer: This is like asking Why thieves or liars are
hated?. Boy, this is due to their behavior or character. What makes you is your
personality. Good shall be loved while bad shall be hated..Hypocrites are shall
be put at the very bottom of hell. The Prophet (s.a.w) said, “Whoever has (the
following) four characters will be a hypocrite, and whoever has one of the
following four characteristics will have one characteristic of hypocrisy until
he gives it up. These are: (1 ) Whenever he talks, he tells a lie; (2) whenever
he makes a promise, he breaks it; (3) whenever he makes a covenant he proves
treacherous; (4) and whenever he quarrels, he behaves impudently in an evil
insulting manner.” As for the People of the book, they are Jews & the
Christians. Holy Quran says : And argue not with the people of the Scripture
(Jews and Christians), unless it be in (a way) that is better (with good words
and in good manner, inviting them to Islâmic Monotheism with His Verses),
except with such of them as do wrong, and say (to them): "We believe in
that which has been revealed to us and revealed to you; our Ilâh (God) and your
Ilâh (God) is One (i.e. Allâh), and to Him we have submitted (as
Muslims)."
Question: Should India give Kashmir independence?
Answer: Kashmir belongs to India and should be with
India. It has a greater Muslim population does not mean Kashmir belongs to
Pakistan. India can protect it's civilians better ways than what many of her
neighbors can. However, Kashmir is a play ground for the politicians. Be the
Indians or the Pakistanis, the sufferers are the innocents mostly Muslims and
some of Hindus. Though some claim they are doing Jihad to free it is again
their politician agenda to recruit the Mujahids. If their aim was to protect
the Muslims, they should do better in their own country. Often we hear of bombs
blowing inside the mosques of Pakistan, never ever heard of such incidents in
India. India is a place where everyone has their freedom, every individual is
free to practice, preach & propagate their religion, An Indian Muslim.
Question: Islam: How big of a sin is murder?
Answer: Yes, Killing an innocent person is like
killing the whole of mankind. But it's never OK to murder than repent.
Repentance has a great place before Allah. A sincere Tawbah is accepted with
all sins forgiven. However greater its and How huge it was. There are
conditions for a since repentance and one should fulfill those. Rest is with
Allah Azzawajal. Allah has indeed forgiven a man of Children of Israel who
killed 100 men. read this for details of Sins http://www.kalamullah.com/Books/major_sins.pdf
Question: Why don't white reverts mix?
Answer: In Islam there is no superiority one over the
other because of colour of their skin, language, nation or wealth. What really
is the piety in one's life. But as human nature, we may club with those that
speaks the same language, nation or are of same culture etc. Like Arabs mix
themselves, where as Indians and those speak Urdu have their own gatherings. I
don't know if that matters as long as you don't see yourself as a better Muslim
because you are superior in worldly terms. Normally we all wish Salam one another
and pass our smiles when any Muslim greets us. We don't look into their
backgrounds or status. A Muslim is a Muslim whoever he is. If he is living by
Quran, he should posses those qualities of believer Allah has mentioned in the
Quran. Like being humble, mercy one another etc.
Question: Will America continue to fight the Arabic
Nations forever? Did the UN start the war?
Answer: America will continue it's war until it
drains it's wealth. BTW Thanks for your true comments about Quran.
Question: After all the animals jumped off the Ark how
long did it take the kangaroos to hop all the way to Australia?
Answer: They evolved there later from lizards :
SCIENCE. Why did you stop the process of apes turning into humans...why no more
conversations!!!!
Question: What would you say to those who take every Ayah
(& words) of the Qur'an as a Metaphor?
Answer: As clearly Holy Quran says in the very
beginning. This book is a guidance for those 'Al-Mutaqoon' and has told us who
they are. Quran also says, many gets guided by this book while many may go
astray. So those who are mis-guided have different of views that never knew by
those guided as the Sahaba (r.a) or the righteous scholars there after. So
leave them in their world of metaphor, examples and dreams.
Question: Why people categorize themselves in sects when
they are haram?
Answer: Islam is to submit to the will of Allah
Azzawajal. It's to follow in life the commandments of Allah upon the ways of
His Messenger (s.a.w). How the Sahaba (r.a) lived and those of Ummah who
followed them. Truly there are sects in Islam but all labels are not sects.
Some are names of organization of a collective efforts of Da'wa. Some are a
group in the service in some other fields of Islam. There is nothing wrong as
long as you are a Muslim who follows the book of Allah and the Sunnah of His
Messenger. Truth is clearly differentiated from falsehood. Sahaba (r.a) were
either Muhajir or Ansar. They did differ in some opinions one another. But
their heart were one towards one goal. So it's good to have difference of
opinion in the Ummah as it increases knowledge, debates and discussions...(as
is the case of Mazhab in Fiqh) but it is worst to have difference of hearts, as
this is a quality of Munafiqoon. Where Quran says you will see them (Munafiqoon
and Kuffar) as one but their hearts are differed.
Question: So what do you think happens to the people that
arent buried in the grave?
Answer: In fact Holy Quran use the word Barzakh for
this period of time between death and resurrection. A man after dying in this
world is going through his 'Barzakh life'. Be he underneath an ocean, died of
flight crash in air or buried in grave. Quran says, Firaun is tasted the hell
fire morning and the evening. His dead body is in a Egyptian museum. So the
secrets of Barzakh life is known to Allah alone. Surely believers have their
taste of paradise in their Barzakh and unbelievers have the taste of hell in their
barzakh life. Which may be a grave or any other place under the domain of
Allah.
Until, when death comes to
one of them (those who join partners with Allâh), he says: "My Lord! Send
me back, (99) "So that I may do good in that which I have left
behind!" No! It is but a word that he speaks, and behind them is Barzakh
(a barrier) until the Day when they will be resurrected. (23:99,100)

Question: Should I have an Arabic signature or an English
signature?
Answer: Arabic signature to me is more attractive and
hard to copy. Arabic has this way of calligraphy. So signature often has lines
twisted and rounded up which looks beautiful. Go with Arab. English comes only
second except in computers.

Question: Ramadan ~ Do you keep a record of your deeds?
Answer: Wa alaikum Salam. My iphone had an App that
makes us easily record our deeds daily and then gives us progress charts
weekly/monthly. Like Fajr prayer, Quran Tilawath (How many Para), Sadaqath
(Charity) and it even had a option for Smile which also is a charity in Islam.
It was nice to look after a week and see the graph of our improvement. But I
failed to keep on. May be I need to restart. Imaan has it's ups and downs.
Sahaba (r.a) they had the iman as firm as mountains. The whole life of Omar bin
Khattab (r.a) in Isam is a lesson for all other Muslims. They lived for the
true life of hereafter and to please Allah alone and that made them hasten in
good deeds. EDIT: Well, the name of the Apps is 'QamarDeen: Track your Islam'.
This gives exactly the things questioner has suggested. See the download link
here http://itunes.apple.com/sa/app/qamardeen-track-your-islam/id378039041?mt=8
Question: Ramadan section what happens if I as an atheist
convert people to Islam?
Answer: None can convert anyone. Allah (s.w.t) guides
whom He wills. When someone accepts Islam, he is in fact reverting to his
original, the religion upon which he was born, before he was twisted by other
ISMS and thoughts.
Question: Salam Alaikum: Question about?
Answer: No you cannot shift to other days like you
can shift the 6 day fasts of Shawwal. As this is a fasting related to an
incident occurred on this very day and Prophet (s.a.w) has taught is the virtue
of fasting on this particular day. It's Muharram 10th. On this day Allah
(s.a.w) drowned Firaun and his team in red sea. You are supposed to fast on 9th
and 10th or 10th and 11th. This is the most virtues fasting after Ramadhan.
Allah (s.a.w) will forgive the sins of a year. Sahaba (r.a) would even make
their little children fast on this day.
Question: Praying salat please help?
Answer: Salam Alaikum. May Allah keep you safe and
steadfast in Islam. Prayer is the very basic pillar of Islam without which one
cannot be a Muslim in practical. Prayer controls a Muslims life. It's the
worship that separates between faith and Shirk. Prayer stops a Muslim from all
sorts of vices and inappropriate things. Prayer is a conversation between
creation and the Creator. So it's very important that you should pray as it
should be prayed. Masha-Allah you are a revert. You can learn bit by bit to
improve externally and internally if you rightly practice it. You see the
wordings and actions of prayer is taught us by Prophet (p.b.u.h). Prophet
(s.a.w) has told us to pray as he prays. It's very important that you learn
Islam from the true sources. The very source is the Holy Quran and the Hadith.
Upon which Sahaba (r.a) lived on. The Imams or scholars explain to us referring
these two sources. So you make sure the source. The best thing is to learn from
a scholar, from your Masjid, local community. Here is a trusted site you can
refer... I see they teach the basics of prayer here. http://english.islamway.com/sindex.php?section=prayer The
differance between obligatory prayers and Nawafil is the intention. For eg:-
It's the intention that separates the two Rakaas Sunnah of Fajr with obligatory
Fajr prayer. Refer the above link and see if that's helpful. Please feel free
to ask any Muslim here whom you think can help you.
Question: reference for a hadith?
Answer: There is a similar Hadith that says about the
one who takes care of an orphan. I never heard this anywhere, me not a scholar
anyway. Make sure it is there in Hadeeth books before you transmit to anyone.
Question: can you recommend..........?
Answer: This is good. Translation by Dr. Muhsin Khan
in simple English and clear. http://www.tauheed-sunnat.com/bk/quran/Quran-e-Karim/Quran-e-Karim%20-%20Arabic%20with%20English%20Translation.pdf
Question: Ramdan: How did the Torah and the Bible get
corrupted?
Answer: There are four holy books. Torah (al-Tawrāt)
,Psalms (al-Zabur), Gospel (al-Injil) and Quran. Also there are Scrolls of
Prophet Ibraheem and of other Prophets (pbut) mentioned in Holy Quran. Torah
and Bible got eventually corrupted. There are truths in it as well as
falsehood. Not the whole is corrupted. They fail to preserve in it's origin.
Because Allah Azzawajal protected Quran and He guards it, no change has ever
occurred to a dot since it's revealed. Toral and Gospal are like some of our
Hadeeth books, where many Narrations are authentic, some are weak and some even
fabricated. Our Hadith scholars in all ages have hard task of conveying the
authentic narrations, since there is a chance of it being corrupted if not
preserved or taken care. Holy Quran is preserved in it's purity and none ever
succeeded a bit in changing a letter of it. In the case of Bible, none of their
books are preserved in their original language. They have edition after
editions, and revision after revisions. Assume what would be our state if we
were to loose the original Arabic Quran and we have left is only translations.
There would be great differences and mistakes. Glory be to Allah, He revealed
the Quran to His Prophet and He protects it. Holy Quran is one copy then and
now and always until the very end of this world. So this 100% purity is found
only for Quran and none rest of Islamic books or Holy Scriptures revealed
earlier as Torah or Gospel.
Question: Did you ever make wish from Allah that never
came true?
Answer: You have to be positive, hopeful in order to
go ahead in life. Everyone is tested one way or the other. There is none left
behind. People often out of ignorance realize hardship to be a test and
happiness to be a blessing. This is not the case. Both evil and good are tests
and this is the two tests of this world for every man. "Every one is going
to taste death. and We shall make trial of you with evil and with good. and to
Us you will be returned" ( Holy Quran:21:35)
Question: in islam, is everyone equally beautiful?
Answer: Yes, in the sight of Allah, everyone is equal
except by piety in the heart. Man is created in many colors, shapes, tribes,
strengh, beauty etc. This is nothing but to distinguish one another. Nothing to
boast or to pride off. Since no one created his body himself, it was all given
by Allah. What has he himself to claim about. So things like knowledge, Piety,
Charecter, Good husband, wife, good father, mother, Good son, daughter etc.
good social being have value in Islam. Like these qualities makes a Good Muslim.
Question: Is a man entitled to physical enjoyment of the
women that his "right hand posses"?
Answer: No more slaves or slavery.
Question: About Reading Fajr Prayer?
Answer: If you look at any prayer time listed in your
area, or you get many free software that calculates prayer time according to
your city. That will help you. The prayer table lists the start of Fajr prayer
and Shurooq which is sun rise time. You should perform Fajr before this
Sunrise, that's the dead end. Now if you wish to pray Dhuha or any other
Nawafil, you have to wait like 15~20 minutes after Sunrise.
Question: When u feel a little far from Allah than
before...?
Answer: Pray and turn to Allah. Whom else to turn and
whereelse to go. Make Tauba and Isthigfar. Tauba is repentance and isthigfar is
seeking forgiveness. Tauba is like saying 'O Allah Forgive me' Isthigfar is
like saying O Allah I am sorry. Make a decision to keep away from things that
makes you faraway from Deen for a month or more. Like Youtube, Internets,
TV,,of things which if not used properly can easily get into Haram. Make a
decision to pray on time and read more of Quran for a time, Insha-Allah your Imaan
will boost up. You will soon see, Allah turns your interest towards things
that's pleasing to Him.
Question: Ramadan:is in't this okay in Islam?
Answer: There is no secret chatting there is no
secret meeting with a non-mahram girl, when the two are alone, satan is the
third. If someone is liked by you, there are ways to meet her without falling
into sin or fitna. Like tell your parents or someone who cares you.I mean if
you are grown up and wish to find a girl for marriage.
Question: ramadan "die before you die"?
Answer: This is is Sufi famous sayings. They mean you
forsake evrything of this world before you are foresaken. Its true that In a
way we have to keep a distant relation to everything in this world, exactly
that of a traveller. This is what Prophet ( SAW) has taught us. To be in this
world as a traveller. To live amoung other human and their life, but you live
for a goal thats very clear. You have a destination as clear as this life. You
have a purpose in life. You are to return to Allah whenever He calls us back.
So this is it. I don't know why someone has to die before.....we are told to
live a life that pleases Allah and not to be monks and be foresakers. This is
my understanding and knowledge. Allah knows best.
Question: Is Christianity growing or fading?
Answer: Christianity has lost it's spirit long back.
Islam is growing and the fastest growing religion today.
Question: If the LORD Jesus doesth cometh again... will
HE carry a banner ? that makes every real christian reckon HIM?
Answer: It is the Muslims who shall greet him &
know him best. As he is one of their messenger and never a god as said by many
of Christians. It would be hard for the Christians to accept the truth when he
will deny their trinity and oppose his divinity.
Question: Since Heaven would be Hell for me, am I going
to Heaven after I die?
Answer: It may be that God opens your heart someday
and you die as a Muslim to enter the eternal heaven. How many of who first
denied later realized truth later in their life. So keep searching. The door of
repentance is open always until the last breath.
Question: Which religion are you?
Answer: Big Bang we can say is the religion of
science because that's their very beginning. Then 'Very confusing' should be
the religion of atheists as they are always in confusion.
Question: Any halal way to draw cartoons?
Answer: I know of a person who still draws after
reverting to Islam without drawing images. If you look around there are a
hundreds of halal arts which can be drawn. Ask a good scholar, how you can
utilize your talent for the good Islamically.
Question: Why would God punish us ?
Answer: God has explained us the way to get His
mercy. Its to follow Him and His messengers. So its quite clear that the reward
and punishment become huge if the person is big. When a King declares I will
reward those who show bravery.....every one knows his reward wouldnt be
something cheap...as he is a king....so is the same with punishment....that
would be severe. With Allah the reward is what we can not even imge of....so is
His punishment.
Question: Why dont i have a Loving Family?
Answer: Love is something you give it out and you
surely get it back.... Every happy family you see also has their own problems
of living this life. Life is a test for all. You show your love towards
others.......oneday you will have a family all loving one another as a
'family'.
Question: what duas can make you smarter other than
"rabbi zidni ilman"?
Answer: Aprart from Dua given above.... there is a
saying of Hazrath Ali (r.a),,,, "Three things increase the power of memory
and removes scum, Miswak (tooth- stick), fasting and recitation of the Quran.
So try to memorize few chapters of Quran first and repeat them in recitation
daily. Our brain is not like a hard disk or flash memory with fixed data
space..... it increases with more exercising it and utilizing it. The more you
memorize and learn, the more it gets better.
Question: Question for Muslims?
Answer: Oneness of Allah is the very basis of Islam.
Here it's said so stressingly, it's very clear and this sounds like a royal
decree. This is the very message that Allah has said to all the Prophets before
and to the last Prophet (pbut). This is the very message 'He is but one God
without any partners'. The core of all revelations. There are also similar
verses [And your Lord has decreed that you worship none but Him. And that you
be dutiful to your parents. If one of them or both of them attain old age in your
life, say not to them a word of disrespect, nor shout at them but address them
in terms of honour. (17:23)] BTW I looked into Tafsir and couldn't find any
explanation to this style. Perhaps to the one who knows Arabic language needs
no explanation to this. That may be the reason no explanation in Tafsir (ibn
Katheer). Anyway it's very clear if you are familiar with the language and
style of Glorious Quran. Allah knows best
Question: I believe in ALLAH SWT and i know alot about
religion and i believe everything yet i dont pray?
Answer: Man acts asper what's in his heart and not
what's in his brain. Your brain has admitted from it's knowledge that prayer is
must for a Muslim and he cannot live without it. So you don't need more
explanation. But your heart where in faith should fill is weak. It has not that
strength to put into practice what your brain has accepted. So you should
increase your Imaan and strive for it's means to strengthen. Call others
towards Allah. Recite & ponder over Quran. Hence once knowledge about
prayer shifts from your brain as faith into your heart, you will never miss a
prayer. You start feeling the joy in prayer and regret it's missing..... Then
shouldn't we worry. If we are so weak in faith as not to stand up for praye or
take us to Masjid, how can this weak Imaan or faith carry us to Jannath, the
eternal paradise, the abode of hereafter where a Muslim should live forever.
The abode of the pious, where in are the Prophets & Sahaba who never omited
prayer even in a battlefield or in their hardships...Do we wish to be with
them, then be like them....So stand up and pray, you take your step and rest
Allah will take His steps towards you.
Question: Will Allah be pleased with what I am doing?
Answer: Islam is the only way that's pleased to
Allah. So if your actions, speechs are Islamic, He should be pleased with you
& will have ajr if your intention is His pleasure.
Question: [ℜamadan] What is mankind's greatest
need?
Answer: Hidayath or Guidance. This is the most
valuable property in the treasure of Allah. He has not handed it's keys to
anyone except Him. Nor to His close Messengers, Angels or Prophets. It's in His
hand alone and He guides whom He wills. Oxygen we think as the greatest need is
a need for this world and one may die without it so is the food. Without
hidayah man dies in this world and perishes in the hereafter eternally for
hell. So which is the greater need?.
Question: [ℜamadan] Is the Sunnah of the
Prophet SWWS optional or obligatory?
Answer: Look at Sahaba (r.a). They used to take
Sunnah in life because it is Sunnah. We now omit Sunnah because it's just a
Sunnah. So we understood the Deen of Allah better or they?... The word Sunnah
can mean many things... If we are to say Sunnah (the way) of Rasulullah
(s.a.w), then it's must to follow His wats and anything beside is astray.
Sunnah in Fiqh also mean those deeds that if taken has reward, but omiting is
no sin. Like using Miswak for Ablution etc. So we should look at what this word
is referring to before we judge. As for beard, though it's called a Sunnah....
does not mean it's the same. There are many prophetic sayings about virtues of
beard and warning about shaving it. it's a must for Muslim. Grow beard and trim
the mustache.
Question: Does astranaut sunita williams accepted islam?
Answer: I believe what bro. Muhammadali Basheer has
said. There is similar news spread about Neil Armstrong, such news are hoax
sometimes. If someone accepts Islam, it's for their own good.
Question: Ramadan: MUSLIMS USA was discovered by MUSLIMS?
Answer: Muslims of 7th cemtury had already reached
far east and far end of Africa and parts of Europe. Then why to wonder if
Muslims discovered America centuries later.
Question: Can we read Quran for the dead? And can we do
this by going his grave?
Answer: In my locality most follow Shafee Fiqh.
According to Imam Shafe'ee the dead does not benifit if soemone recites Quran.
He takes the verse of Surah AlNajm which says Man only has what he strived for.
Many scholars of Ahlusunnah has the openion reciting Quran can be sent its
reward and the dead benifit. We can make dua for our dead brothers at their
grave or from anywhere. We should know that there is so much Bidaa also
associated with these rituals. So try to rectify falsehood from truth. Many of
Muslims are either of extreme openions related to grave and dead. So make sure
you dont mistake and earn sin rather than reward. Ask a good scholar. Allahu
Ailam.
Question: What does the Qu'ran say about Jannah?:)?
Answer: Glorious Quran tells & describes Jannath
and also take you spritually to their. Just read the translation of Surah
Al-Tur, Al-Rahman, Insan..... then listen with a good reciter and enjoy the
beauty.
Question: Is it better to make dua all the time (same
dua) after every fard prayer or is it better to limit it?
Answer: He knows the needs of those who ask Him. And
knows what's in the heart of those who cannot utter a word. So it's the heart
which you have to give. Asking more to Allah shows how one if connected to
Allah. The closer you become, the more you ask. It's like talking in secret,
only you know and your creator knows. He answers your Dua as long as your heart
is not heedless of what you are asking. He loves to be asked by calling His
names and revealing our humbleness. Allah knows best.
Question: Are there any sites that have tafsir of hadiths
in english?
Answer: http://www.quranexplorer.com http://www.tafsir.com/
Question: Is it true that when you bite your tongue
(accidentally), it means someone is backbiting you?
Answer: If so, most of us will be biting more of our
tongue than chewing food...... in Islam, we don't believe anything that has no
basis. If someone says or acts good, it's for him alone and to his book of
deeds. If someone speaks ill or acts bad, the sin is for him alone and to his
book of deeds. Allah never punishes someone else for somebody else's sins. The
message of Quran in clear. [....And every soul earns not [blame] except against
itself, and no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another... (6:164)]
Question: Do you think this dua will come true ?? Only
muslims?
Answer: We are asked to supplicate Allah with
assurance of answering. And to act & sttrive for it. Allah (SWT) will give
you then what's best for your Deen and Dunya. We do our part best and He will
do His part that's best for us. Dua is never ever wasted. Either answered
instantly, or become a means of removing harms from life, or it rewarded fully
in the hereafter. Yes, Dua will come true and no Dua is ever unheared by Allah.
He knows what our heart wispers...but when you make Dua for Education or life's
matters etc. say....O Allah, give me what's best for my Deen and Dunya. Allah
loves some people keep asking Him, so sometimes He delays,,,so that His servent
may ask more, So that he may pray more and that become rise of his status in
the sight of Allah. Allah knows best.
Question: [ℜamadan] What are the merits and
the significance of reading Fajr Salah?
Answer: Wa alaikum Salam. Great merits....more than
words...experiances the benifits in life.....Here are few from Prophetic
sayings. (SAW). •The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
“Whoever prays the dawn prayer in congregation, it is as if he had prayed the
whole night long.” (Muslim, p. 454, no. 656; al-Tirmidhi, 221). •The Prophet
(peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also said: “The most burdensome
prayers for the hypocrites are salaat al-’isha’ andsalaat al-fajr, but if they
only knew what they contain, they would come even if they had to crawl.”
(Reported by Imaam Ahmad, al-Musnad, 2/424;Saheeh al-Jaami’, 133). •“Whoever
prays fajr is under the protection of Allah. Do not put yourselves in a
situation where Allah has to call you to account for your negligence.”
(Reported by al-Tabaraani, 7/267; Saheeh al-Jaami’, no. 6344). •“Angels come to
you in shifts by night and by day. They meet at salaat al-fajr and salaat
al-‘asr, then those who had stayed with you at night ascend, and are asked by
the One Who knows better than they: ‘How did you find My servants?’ They say,
‘We left them when they were praying, and we came to them when they were
praying.’”(Reported by al-Bukhaari, al-Fath, 2/33). •“The best of prayers in
the sight of Allah is the dawn prayer on Friday, in congregation.” (Reported by
Abu Na’eemin al-Hilyah, 7/207, and inal-Silsilah al-Saheehah, 1566). •According
to a saheeh hadeeth: “Whoever prays al-Bardayn will enter Paradise.” (Reported
by al-Bukhaari, al-Fath, 2/52). Al-Bardayn are fajr and ‘asr.
Question: why is my muslim friend who's a guy so over
protective with me?
Answer: I never can know his intentions. Anyway he
shouldn't care much of what's in your facebook and how you are living. Check if
he is advicing to all in general or only you. If you are the only one he is
concerned, then he expects something from you or want to bring your attention.
If he is concerned about bad dressing and immoral ways, he should be advising
to ugli girls as well as the beautiful. Also immoral ways of boys. However, a
Muslim is not allowed to advice directly to a girl and talk to her. This is not
permitted in Islam.
Question: does surah 8:39 apply to shia?
Answer: Why didn't beloved Prophet (sa..w) fight with
the Munafiqeen. People would then say, Muslims are fighting one
another...right? , Yes, The Fitna of Shia is indeed everywhere and was there
everytime. Allah (s.w.t) have protected with His Mercy the believers and will
protect us Insha-Allah as long as we live to Worship Him alone and follow the
way of His messenger. But one of the problem with us Sunnis is we are differed
over small matters. We should turn more to Allah Azzawajal and seek His help.
As for your intention to fight is not a solution for the problems that exist in
our Ummah.
Question: Why are Arab men such hypocrites?
Answer: It depends on whom you company. Who your
friends are.. If you see those Arabs who fear Allah and are steadfast in
prayer, genrous, good manners...... you would say the opposite.
Question: Ramadan: In case of war, would it be halal for
an Indian Muslim to fight for India?
Answer: In case of peace, will Pakistan take Indian
Muslims as their brothers...? Aren't those migrated to Pakistan from India
still Muhajir with lesser rights?. Why do then a' peace walker of a nation'
want to discuss war????.
Question: Ramadan: who invented SHIRK? do muslims commit
shirk even today? HOW is that possible?
Answer: Wa alaikum salam warahmatullahi wabaraktuh.
Well said are answers above on this. It was actually invention of Iblees and it
started in the times of Nuh (as). He made them worship idols step by step. To
simplify. When man's heart is void of knowledge about his Creator, Allah, the
Lord of the worlds,,,he assumes many of creations as his gods. His protectors,
He trusts them and put his faith upon. So he starts worshiping them. Even an
atheist worships something of creation. It may be money and power...may not be
a form of an idol. So associating anyone or anything of creation to One Creator
becomes a Shirk. As human heart is all the same, a Muslim we often assume to be
one with Arabic names....may also commit Shirk. May Allah save us all.

Answer: Not necessary. But a scholar should have good
knowledge of teachings of Quran, Sunnah and comprehension of Deen of Allah. A
Hafiz is someone who has memorized Quran and can recites perfectly and may not
be even knowing meanings of all verses. However if an Alim is also Hafiz, thats
a plus. Light upon light.
Question: Ramadan: Do we have to pray the taraweeh?
Answer: Taraweeh is not obligatory (fardh). It is a
confirmed Sunnah (Sunnah Mu'akkadah) that the Prophet (peace be upon him)
prayed and encouraged his followers to pray. It is a highly recommended act of
worship in Ramadan, but not a mandatory one like the five daily prayers.
