I was busy shifting past a week from my old flat where I had been staying more than a decade to a new one close by. Shifting is a huge task. Furniture, home appliances that are wanted and unwanted has to be sorted out and moved. It’s not just the home that is shifted, the whole neighborhood is new. So, it’s quite a heavy task.

Then what about our shift from this world to the next? How do we shift our luggage and belongings to the eternal world ahead of us? Well this works very systematically.

As man turn to adulthood, the process of shifting to the next world has already started. Every day and night our luggage of deeds is send to Allah. Good or the bad, they are sent in packets to the destination where they belong. At last when man finally leaves this world, he is gone through a security gate (as in airport) where not even a hand baggage of this dunya is allowed to be taken in; but the luggage for hereafter(akhirah) of the good deeds or the bad deeds are already sent or will be following him after.

يُرْفَعُ إِلَيْهِ عَمَلُ اللَّيْلِ قَبْلَ عَمَلِ النَّهَارِ ، وَعَمَلُ النَّهَارِ قَبْلَ عَمَلِ اللَّيْلِ

The deeds in the night are taken up to Him before the deeds of the day. and the deeds of the day before the deeds of the night (Part of Hadith No.343 in Saheeh Muslim)

Then a dashboard of our deeds (of His Ummah) are shown to beloved Prophet (s.a.w) biweekly.

“Your actions will be presented to me, and if I see goodness I will praise Allah, and if I see evil I will ask forgiveness of Him for you”. (Hadith)

As fair ruling, man is destined to go to the address where his luggage he himself has sent in his lifetime. The good goes to the eternal paradise whereas the bad goes to the eternal hell fire.

كُلُّ نَفۡسِۭ بِمَا كَسَبَتۡ رَهِينَةٌ
Every soul is a pledge for its own deeds; (Surah Al-Muddathir: Ayah No.38)

If anyone realizes his mistakes of wrongly sending to the wrong address and want a shift before he leaves this world. Allah with His Mercy converts all his previously shipped garbage into equal weight of good deeds. This is His Mercy. As man, cannot travel back in time, all his years spent on disobeying Allah cannot himself get swapped. Sinning is also of greater effort and of expense than doing good. Allah with His mercy re-packs them as good deeds to weigh as good.

إِلَّا مَن تَابَ وَءَامَنَ وَعَمِلَ عَمَلاً۬ صَـٰلِحً۬ا فَأُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ يُبَدِّلُ ٱللَّهُ سَيِّـَٔاتِهِمۡ حَسَنَـٰتٍ۬‌ۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورً۬ا رَّحِيمً۬ا
Except those who repent, and believe and do righteous deeds, for as to these, ALLAH will convert their evil deeds into good ones, and ALLAH is Most Forgiving, Merciful. (Surah Al Furqan: Ayah No.70)

Some of their luggage are so heavy that they are kept shipping to their address even after their death. Good or the bad.
وَنَڪۡتُبُ مَا قَدَّمُواْ وَءَاثَـٰرَهُمۡۚ
We write down what they have sent before and their footprints (Surah Ya-Seen: Part of Ayah No.12)

Hence keep sending luggage to our real shift from this world to a world of eternity. Lucky is the one whose good deeds over weighs his bad deeds. Luckier is the one whose bad deeds gets converted as good deeds by Allah Himself (through sincere repentance). Loser is he who could send only garbage and has his disastrous ending in the eternal hell.

يَوۡمَٮِٕذٍ۬ تُعۡرَضُونَ لَا تَخۡفَىٰ مِنكُمۡ خَافِيَةٌ۬
On that day ye will be exposed; not a secret of you will be hidden. (Surah Al-Haqqa: Ayah No.18)

The day we are returned to Allah, that good luggage that we send everyday shall alone benefit us for that endless journey.

May Allah help us all.

The real reason of death is the very birth. · February 06, 2017

Death will have some reason else angel of death would be blamed. If there were no reason, each death would have been a mystery like the missing of Malaysian airlines Flight 370, a trouble for the living and the dear ones.

It is said that someone who escaped fall from Niagara waterfall died after slipping over a banana skin in India_

فكم من صحيح مات من غير علة , وكم من سقيم عاش حينا من الدهر

How many of the healthy died of no any real reasons. And how many of the sick withstood the time.

The real reason of death is the very birth. Whoever is born, must die. A return ticket for each one of us along with the boarding pass is taken with gate (place) and time printed. No any change or cancellation in this. Allah created (destined) our death before our very life.
